  1. Delivery Charges: For orders below Rs. 500, we charge a delivery fee of Rs. 40. Orders with a value of Rs. 5000 and above are eligible for free delivery.

  2. Shipment Methods: We offer two modes of shipment for your convenience:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose the COD option, your order will be shipped via courier, and the payment will be collected by the courier agent upon delivery.

b. Prepaid Mode: In the prepaid mode, you will be required to make the payment in advance. Once we receive the payment, your order will be shipped through our designated courier partner.

  1. Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. On average, it takes between 4 to 6 days for the material to reach you from the date of order placement. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Order Processing: Once you place an order on our website, our team will process it promptly. We will notify you via email or SMS about the status of your order, including the tracking details, once it has been dispatched.

  3. Tracking Your Order: To track the status of your order, you can visit our website and enter the tracking number provided in the email or SMS. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival date.
