Refunds & Cancellations
Our cancellation policy ensures fair access to limited class spots. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to receive account credit toward future classes. Cancellations 7+ days ahead receive full refunds; 3-6 days incur 20% fees; within 48 hours incur 30% fees. Cancellations 24+ hours before class start receive full refunds; same-day cancellations receive rescheduling credits valid for 90 days. Ticket cancellations up to 72 hours before the event qualify for full refunds or date transfers; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to a friend if unable to attend. The owner reserves the right to make exceptions.
